Booking hotels through third party sites - do you get the room stated?

Hi guys,

Looking at booking a hotel for a special occasion and looking at a "royal suite".

Phoned the hotel direct and they wanted ~$7,000.

Looked around online and found it for $4,500 which seems too good to be true.

The hotel have both a "royal suite" and also a cheaper "royal room". Although the description on the website says suite...the price is more in line with the royal room!

I called up customer services (the website is easytobook.com by the way) and they said if the description says royal suite then that is what you get. She was very confident of this.

I just don't want to be in the situation where I get to the hotel and they wont give it to me. Does anyone have any experience in this?

Thanks,
