Your background is a little confusing, but nevertheless...

It will help to know your home airport, and your budget. From what I understand, you want to hit EXP as early as possible in the 2013 qualification year?

What's your year to date EQP/EQM/EQS? With systemwide DEQM right now, it might make more sense to run to EXP before the end of 2012?
