Where do we input the code, and does it apply in addition to sAAver awards? A very brief search indicates that it's the same availability as sAAver awards... yet a sAAver award comes out to less miles. If these can't be combined then am I missing something (why use a dynamic award instead of a sAAver award which is much cheaper)?
