This might be an unbelievably stupid question, but is it possible to leave a checked bag at the airport for a few hours? I'm going to be running straight off of a plane to a rehearsal and if I stand around and wait for my checked bag(it's way too big to be a carry-on) I will almost certainly be late. Will it just be taken to lost baggage and held there? Airport is EWR.
