funny this thread rebirthed and there are really no true answers that are correct. Is F worth it monetarily and from a financial stance? No and it never has been. Is it worth it for an easier travel experience and travel comforts? absolutely
I guess it all depends on what you value most. Frankly, I don't think F is worth it on any airline. But that's me. I would rather spend the money on something different. Others value things differently than I do though. I'll say this - it can't be that bad as there is no shortage of people trying to sit there.
