I said it looks like a baby 737 as the EMB 170 has a larger frame and is taller than the 200's or 700's. I was just trying to help the OP to identify this plane when she is traveling. The 170 has a completely different look then the small 50 seat CRJ 200 that the OP doesn't want to fly. I wasn't comparing the interior. But if you do, yes it only had 2x2 seating but the overhead bins can accomdate a roller bag unlike the 200/700's.
