I think the E-170/175 are the best among RJs, too, but believe you are much too generous comparing the E-170 to 737/A319. The E-170 is still 2x2 seating, like the CRJ-700 (and CRJ-200). Dimensionally, a CRJ-700 is pretty effectively described as a longer -200 with an inch lower floor.
