Nope. Unless they have a "Conditional Stopover Traffic" clause like Qantas did years ago. Customers could fly between LAX & JFK (and v.v.) if their travel originated or terminated at SYD/MEL/BNE. I recall flying between HNL & LAX (or SFO?) on Singapore under similar conditions.
They do have rights for YVR-LAS, but I guess its not the same for YVR-YYZ. Although it would certainly be good for pricing on the route if they did.
