With the addition of PE, you can only achieve higher density by some combination of reducing the number of J seats and/or the introduction of 3-4-3 and/or less seat pitch. All would be a downgrade for most travellers.
I haven't got a clue but guessing PE/Y+ could potentially occupy the current J/C "B" Cabin - although based on what I see 42J is still highly sustainable. Pure speculation on my part.
