What about Turkish Airlines? I think flight quality can be better than Swiss, depending on your class of travel and destination.
From the ones you listed, Swiss wins hands-down! LH flies the A380 from Tokyo, could be interesting for you...

Other interesting options can be Alitalia (with the new 777s), but I assume you want to use *A.
