It is tight, but doable. If you can walk fast, I would go through central parking, as shown on the map up thread. Otherwise, use the buses that connect all terminals.
If your plane from SFO will next fly to a pmCO city, your flight will arrive in terminal A, making everything easier for you.
(only on FT do people ask about connecting in BOS on their SFO-IAH flight)
