From a pure seat pitch perspective, I am sure that 21 has the MCE seats beat. Unless you're an NBA center, you're feet aren't going to get to row 20. IMO, the real question with MCE revolves around the degree of constraint. I've only sat in row 13 for 2-3 minutes (I was in J and went back to check it out) and I'd prefer it over 21 as leg room is OK (I am 6'), the cabin is quieter and warmer than exit row and there is a LOT of overhead storage as there's one less row in the cabin. I have row 11 (AB) for a TATL in a few weeks which I believe will be very nice.
