The two potential problems are the segment limit and MPM. You only get four segments each direction, so SFO-MSP/MEM/DTW/ATL-RDU-JFK uses up three of them. Thus, you will need to return to somewhere in the EU on a non-stop flight from JFK. SFO-MSP-RDU-JFK-CDG is perilously close to the MPM, too, so your actually EU origin may make a difference.
