I had a very nice stay here earlier this week with my family.

Positives included special help finding a larger room with two beds and a small couch so we would fit better. Given high occupancy I thought they did a great job finding us something that worked well.

Our room was well cleaned, so we had none of the problems others have expressed recently. We also had a decent lunch at the restaurant (kids loved looking out the windows at the busy city!).

For location, I also can't complain. Bottom line, for a family, this is a really good option. All of the Starwood properties wanted me to get two rooms or a suite for the four of us. Hyatt accommodated us just fine.
