Not exactly

Eligibility:

Air Canada Super Elite members and Executive First customers can enjoy exclusive dedicated service in 20 airports around the world from more than 150 carefully selected Concierge Agents, all of which are specially-trained in service oriented skills such as guest management, cultural diversity, building customer relationship and creative problem solving.
International J; not Dom. I know that the concierges have a print off of all J and SE pax every day, but they have no obligation to domestic J pax. Even for international J, it is not as if the concierge will magicaly apear when required, although they do tend to hover around international flights/gates.

Other good examples of concierge services; say I am on a flight from YYJ-YVR-YYZ, cabin is showing J1Y0, quick call to the concierge a free reroute with upgrade processed on the direct YYJ-YYZ. Thats what they are great at

Also once had a concierge retrieve a jacket/security pass that I forgot in a rental at YYZ and hold it in their office until I returned the following week.

I have not received any notification about choosing anything for 2013 yet. Hmmmm...
Dont feel left out, I am at 102 this year, crossed the 95 segments about a month ago and have not been 'swept' yet.
