CX publishes a fare. I'm not sure about MPM and how it's being enforced in this case.
Generally, with a few exceptions, you cannot transit a third zone when going from one zone to another using AA miles.
In your case, you will be charged separately for two awards, SF - Asia 2 and Asia 2 - Asia 1.
