There should be a breath test at the gate - subjectivity over.

The limit can be double the driving limit but there should be a limit.

I've had to endure a passenger in the seat behind me offering out the whole cabin based on the fact that he was "Tottenham"

I've had to listen to a passenger verbally terrorise an effeminate cc to the extent he should have been nicked.

And the same passenger tell a woman what he'd like to do to her (bravely waiting until said woman's husband was in the loo)

All this in CE.

The thing is drink can't make you do something you don't want to do, it just lowers inhibitions so that you do things you'd normally be too embarrassed to do. This means that these idiots are actually like this in real life but manage to hide it when sober.

A period of banning would help as well.
