I'm Executive Platinum flying AUH-MEL in Y on an AA Award ticket and I know I'll get T1 'Al Reem' access with my DJ Gold membership but I was hoping to find something in T3 a little closer to where my flight actually leaves from!

If anyone knows definitively whether I've got any remote chance please let me know
You are only entitled to lounge access based on class of service OR reciprocal benefits between VA and EY (there are no reciprocal arrangements between VA and AA).

As you are not entitled to a lounge based on you flying Y, you will have to use your VA Gold to access Al Reem.

FYI - the terminals are no more than a 10 minute indoor walk.
