Just stayed there and will not again. They screwed my Centurian Reservation and tried to blame it on AmEx, even when I showed them an email from their hotel confirming.
also pool closed early due to hotel function. One of reasons staying there (told pool at sunset over harbor great). No advance warning.
Do not stay here. I would recommend the Ritz
After writing this, the manager came to me aghast at above. Worked very hard to have me change my opinion. Would try again. I will admit that the staff almost fawns over one - service is tremendous.
