One night in Champagne first week of January 2013
My wife and I are going to Champagne for one night the first week of January. The rest of our trip is in Paris. I understand that some Champagne houses are closed in Jan. Most have not been very good at getting back to me. I'm also having trouble finding good info on what to do outside of drinking champagne. Where to have lunch and dinner? Any good small champagne houses to check out? Stay in Reims or Epernay?
Oddly enough, there isn't a good online resource. Any help would be appreciated.
