I am a pretty experienced traveller and travel pretty efficiently. I am arr in JNB in March on Delta's flight from Atlanta. (I have that ticket already.) In the next few weeks I'll buy my JNB-CPT ticket. Here's my questions:

Question #1: if I'm arr in JNB around 4:30 PM (as an int'l visitor) what is the earliest Mango flight I can get? Assuming there is one, would I be able to reasonably make a 6:30PM flight and

Question #2: is it pretty easy to transfer from the Int'l terminal to the domestic one. Im assuming that's where Mango operates from?

Question #3: are there any decent hotels near or in JNB airport?
