If the flights are on the same ticket as your BA F flight, then the BA F baggage allowance will apply.

If not, you will get no leniency on the basis of your F flight or on the basis of your BA status. Rather mean in terms of the BA status IMO, because BA now gives extra checked baggage allowances on the basis of QF status.
