For those electing to fly on China Southern for the thrifty use of your SkyMiles, getting seat assignments is a bit tricky. Delta.com is useless - it doesn't even show you a seat map anything close. Seat Guru and Seat Expert show different maps, so I don't know who's right!

Neither DLs ticket #, nor the CZ record locator let me get at my reservation on the CZ site so I had to call 888-338-8988 (9am-5pm PST) ... the agent spoke great English, so I had no problems.

The best seats in Business are the window seats A or K. They are really private, so if you're traveling with someone and want to talk, forget the windows seats - you need to be in the middle seats E & F.
