All points from this UA trip have been credited to my account. Wow all went smoothly! (Trust me this is unusual for me as previously I always had an issue with UA flights/ service in some way).

I wonder if UA is suffering from the Avis syndrome (we try harder since we are number 2)??

I may give UA some more of my business just to help ensure that competition lives.
