Thanks all.
I never considered the tube just because I figured going up and down stairs or trying to navigate my luggage through crowded London would be a pain. However if ya'll truly think it should not be an issue then I am willing to consider it. The last time I was in London I just remember the tubes were crowded and having to go up and down stairs a lot. That time I didn't have all the luggage with me I would have this time though.
I do have an oyster card from a previous stay in London about 2 years ago. So I lucked out and should not have to get another one... I will just need to put some cash on the one I have now. With me being 2-3 hours from London (depending on the method of travel) I am sure I will visit often.
Someone asked how I was planning to get to Victoria Coach Station. I was going to buy a coach ticket from t5 to Victoria Coach station. On national express they are ranging from 5-8 pounds.
