Getting on the tube at LHR and off in St Pancras (with no changes in between - it is the Picardilly Line all the way) has GOT to be easier than getting into Victoria Coach Station, however you were planning to do that????

There are lifts in LHR and there are lifts in St Pancras (and trolleys once you get to ground level)

Out of interest, how were you thinking of getting to Victoria Coach Station?
