While UA may not serve you a foil wrapped mystery burrito on a 3.5 hour flight my experience with crews and service has been outstanding - very friendly, professional and caring attitudes. At BUF they let me take a 3rd carryon when I asked at the F class line (I was prepared to leave the item behind if I had been told no). Overall very good experiences and can't beat Channel 9
