Had to complete some packing in YYZ as I am moving to FLL and KIN permanently. Non-stop Fares on AC and AA to YYZ were high so I decided to fly MIA-ORD-YYZ yesterday on UAL. Did I make the right choice?

Those here who know me know that, in general, I am not too thrilled about service on UA. Well, I am happy to report that from check-in, to the RCC, to in-flight service, to arrival, UA was great! Friendly, professional service all the way.

*Silver priority boarding and Economy + was an added bonus.

There are some great people working for United. Hope United stays around. Competition is a good thing.

(Hmmm, should I take advantage of UA's web fare ORD-CDG later this month? ).
