Depending on what premium you pay from Y to CE, the answer is probably no. The majority of CE seats are the same as in Y (only the centre seats are wider than normal). There is an extra choice of microwave meal, plus mini bottles of champagne. On the old planes, the TVs may or may not be working (when I flew back in Jan, they weren't).

So, if you have a shiny card, the actual tangible benefits of CE over Y in an old 767 are few. I'd pay an extra £25 or so (more for the lounge + TPs + extra bags etc), but not a lot more. For a more modern plane, try Aegean. Their C class is pretty good (better than BA).

(I've done both BA and A3 in C to LCA this year, and much preferred A3 (apart for breakfast))
