Stayed here over Thanksgiving weekend, fairly quiet experience. Check-in was quick, received Gold recognition; upgraded(?) to a high floor overlooking 5th Street. Great, comfortable bed/sleep. Room was well maintained and everything worked well. Can't wait to come back. Love the lounge/bar and the outdoor patio area adjacent to the lounge. The roof-top pool/jacuzzi with view is a nice touch too.

However, did have a couple of glitches involving housekeeping. Made two in-person requests via the front desk. One for the complimentary water (elite perk) that should have been waiting in the room prior to my arrival, and also for a robe/slippers (marble bathroom floor is COLD). Each time, (over two days) in front of me, the front desk called in my request over their handie-talkie radio to presumably housekeeping? Never received anything either day. Next time, I'm going to request the items prior to arriving...couldn't hurt.
