It is actually a lot worse than that. I had my number/pin programmed into my phone to call DL. When I tried it last Monday not only it did not work but it also locked my online account. I got it unlocked by the phone agent but the phone functionality is still not working. Whenever I enter the PIN that works on the web the phone system says it is an incorrect one. And three times of "incorrect" on the phone will block the online access too.
