For me the only disappointment has to do with the rates they charge....
I only toured the property so far...and as expected, it is comparable to Barsey
Remember that Barsey started with relatively high rates as well...
I can already predict that the Andaz will take the same path.
Rock solid, but nothing more than that, no suite upgrades for Diamond members, no free valet parking as originally announced and some poor reviews to come, when the property will be booked and no upgrades available.
Will visit the restaurant in some weeks, though, but cannot really justify a premium of Euro 180 over the Sheraton at the airport with a solid lounge, a very good chance for a suite and public transport at your foot steps...
