og, your Best Western Rewards Points are about to expire
My recent emails from BW have had the subject "og, your BW points are about to expire". I am confident these are legitimate emails as they carry my current points balance in the message.
Is this a normal way for BW to get your attention? Clearly I'm new to the FT BW Board, but I am puzzled by the subject line of their emails. I don't really think my points will expire as I had activity about 2 months ago (BW hotel stays that posted points). My account is Australian based and from what I can see in their rules, there is only points expiry for inactivity > 12 months.
