I use a TA as well for my work travel, and I don't think they enter the passport information. But I thought that was the purpose of the MPO profile, that it would pre-populate regardless.

Sometimes I enter the information in MMB after it appears in my account - but yes this is the annoying thing that I think should pre-populate.
