I found the contact info in the September "Super Elite Connection" email for anyone else interested. Taking this off topic - I'm flying to Rome in March and can connect through ZRH, MUC, or FRA. I always choose FRA for this sort of thing because of increased flight options and the concierge. What's ZRH like for connections?
ZRH is easy, you need to take the "Heidi train" to the main Terminal building but it's absolutely painless. MUC is great for connecting, too, even when it is pretty tight they di a nice job to ensure you and your bags make the connection. FRA is my home base so I know my way around very well but for connections it can be a zoo involving very loooong walks.
