I tried to change a flight and all of the zero cost to change to flights gave an error, yet the ones that would charge worked fine.
GGL sorted this out, but then I wanted to change back and was told I'd have to pay more - probably wouldn't have changed in the first place, and ended up having to ask GGL again to move to zero cost flight later in the day.
Technology is having big issues. The least of them seems to be sending too many emails
