Lots of things can cause this: Equipment change is the most likely. Call Delta back until you can get someone to help you. It is also possible that the system saw that you were in "preferred seats" when you didn't qualify for them.

Since it is your honeymoon, can I suggest that you pay the extra $$ and get Economy comfort seats?
