How was your card upgraded to gold unless you had the 300 points?
Anyway for a second year a in a row I received this email detailing exactly how many points I have, which 222, and the double Q points offer.
There is no code, you just book the flight and when you redeem your flight your done.
Personally I have no intention of flying with QR in Dec. So i probably wont be going QR gold this year. Unless I can get a cheap LHR-DOH flight for Dec. Which is unlikely hehe.
Last year was great, i got 64 Qpoints for flying First Class from AUH-DOH rtn. So if your in the Middle East its worth doing.
