That parking fee makes it a lot less attractive for weekend stays, especially if you want to stay two nights. Yes, they have the closed lounge bonus for diamond members on weekends, but I find their breakfast to be inferior to Hyatt Dulles (no smoked salmon and smaller omelettes).

The other garages are for shoppers, and they will tow cars if you are a commuter or hotel guest leaving the car overnight.

Their fitness center is better than the Hyatt Dulles, but Hyatt Dulles usually has much better room rates (usually 20-30 less on weekends). HR Reston's restaurant prices are lower, so it might be worth a one night weekend stay if there is a Costco promo with a food credit.

As for drink prices, their RC prices seemed high to me and are a little bit higher than the prices in the concierge lounge at the Fairfax Marriott at Fair Oaks (which actually has much cheaper drink prices in the bar versus the CL if you go to their daily happy hour from 3-7 pm). I have not stayed at any other Hyatts in the DC area with a RC, but I recall that the HR ORD had cheaper drinks in their RC versus HR Reston. HR Vancouver in Canada had much cheaper drinks (CA$3 + 13 % tax for beer and CA$4 + 13 % tax for wine), and they allowed and encouraged generous pours. FWIW, the CL prices for drinks at the Marriott I mentioned are on the high side for the DC area (probably 20-40 % higher than other Marriott properties in the DC Area like Tysons Corner Marriott).
