Hello stayed at laConcha San Juan and while at the beach our room was robbed cash and electronics. No forced entry so I am assuming an internal theft. Hotel did not want to call police until I insisted. Management would do nothing for us. They told us go ahead and call Marriott corporate and they will direct it back to us. I wrote a letter to corporate and they were right. I got a standard letter that just stated sorry for the inconvience and give us another try.

I am pretty disappointed with Marriott and will no longer stay at there properties. Beware of this location in San Juan. I googled after the fact and this hotel is not safe.

Any suggestions on who to complain too? Or just take it as a loss.
