We usually go in the summer and book the summer flavours 1/2 board deal as it seems quite good value, but I'm wondering whether the winter flavours deal is worth it based on their current pricing structure.

I'm also looking at using some of my points to book the first and last night of the trip at the Creekside. It's 649 points for the first night, 949 for the last night which would still leave 5 days in between so we would still have the option of going for winter flavours.

Our flights arrive late at night and depart early in the morning so it seems a waste to pay top money to stay at JBH for those 2 nights which we wouldn't be able to make full use of.

If I book a room only rate we should get some kind of breakfast for free as I'm now a Silver

Officially it's supposed to be a continental breakfast, but I know the breakfasts are served in a buffet format so I don't see how it's possible for them to restrict you to continental.

Does anyone have experience on how they handle the breakfast benefit for Silvers at JBH and Creekside please?

Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance.
Apologies, seen this late!

Breakfast for Silver Sirius members is the full breakfast at JBH. We've done both Latitude and the Beachcomber restaurant as Silver with no issues.

With regards to room rates, we have used the Amex Plat 4 for 3 offers at JBH and also the MasterCard 15% discount offer (next Easter). Worth checking out.

With regards to your first/last night... I would look at JET. The service and rooms/suites are fantastic. They do a Weekender deal valid on Thu, Fri and Sat nights and the rate includes tax and a few other things. We've started to use JET to add a few nights on to our stays at JBH to bring down our average nightly holiday rate. Pretty sure Raffles does the same type of thing.
