I only get them when the flight is delayed or apparently there has been another issue with the flight. Depending upon my mood I'll fill them out.
I got one, and there were no obvious service issues. It was a non-DL web address, so I figure it's for metricing, not service issue resolution.
I figure the only way to get anythign done it talk-to-us. Anything else is just for startegic metricing.
