I get a survey after every flight I take. I respond to every one with an honest opinion about the flight and the service and staff.

Does anyone know if someone at DL reads them and actually pays attention to the results?

The one think I ALWAYS comment on is to enforce boarding rules/zones and to offer free wifi as a bonus option for those of us who read DM/PM.
