I have a laptop....a cheap one, bought from Tesco a couple of years back. Battery seems to be dying a slow death but apart from that it's still going strong.

Can anyone tell me why I should buy an iPad on our next trip to the UK? To be honest I can't see any reasons why I should but I'm open to persuasion.
