Thanks everyone who's responded. My plans have changed (in conjunction with the AA availability) and I've had to scratch Paris and Vienna from my itinerary. I'm now booked for the itinerary that allows me 24 hrs in Berlin from 7AM to 6:30AM next morning. Would appreciate your tips, guys.
