I've got a SAN-DTW-TYS flight coming up in a couple of months.
The DTW-TYS flight departure was just changed by over 2 hours.
My question is...when they rebook you because of schedule change, do they code it as a "Y" fare and, as such, give you a boost in your chances at an upgrade?
While the delay isn't a huge problem, if I could get bumped from "T" to "Y" and improve my chances of flying across the country in front rather than in back, I would gladly take it. I have several attractive options out of SAN.
Thanks!
