This is a first for me.... I actually cancelled a reservation due to the attitude I got on the phone. I just wanted some information on the room and the lady on their in house reservations line acted like I'd never stayed at a Marriott property before.

So yea, they're pretty much blacklisted.

Does anyone have a preference between the Courtyard or Renaissance?
