What's the point of buying Avios if you can't use them on Business Class because there is practically no availability???
€0.02 per mile is also a pretty bad rate... although everybody has their own methods it's hard to justify paying more than about €0.01 unless you buy the miles at the precise time of a redemption offer...
That said, the Business Class problem seems to be certain destinations. Have had no particular problem with EZE, MVD, Brazil and Central America...
