I've flown TK many times from Africa to IST and on to JFK and LAX, J class and Y class and CC. In most cases, the service was great, the food was great, and the seats were comfortable. I make it a point to book the 777's, as they have the real fully flat seats that are quite comfortable. As with any airline, you can't judge them based upon one flight, and you most likely will have a poor flight someday on any airline. But all in all, I've been relatively happy with TK and will continue to fly with them.
