You might avoid some of the charges if you start your trip outwith London (somewhere like DUB) but it'll mean extra time and expense getting there in the first place so might not be worth it.
If I were you I'd just price up the destinations you have in mind and see which one would be the most expensive to fly to on your chosen dates if you purchased a revenue ticket.....then chose the dearest one.
